We are seeking a Water Well Driller’s Assistant. This position requires physical labor in an outdoor environment. Must be able to lift and carry heavy loads repetitively with good mobility and body mechanics. Tasks may include shoveling, trenching, plumbing assistance, welding (if experienced), loading and unloading trucks, driving, and operating machinery. An ideal candidate would be mechanically inclined, dependable, hard-working, eager to learn, flexible, and someone who enjoys working outside.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with no moving violations within the past three years

• Ability to lift and/or carry 50+ pounds repetitively

Schedule: Monday - Friday (Saturdays are voluntary). Shifts begin at 8:00 am; the end of shift varies
